Banner and Tennyson have been here for the past week and we have had a lot of fun. This is one of the many nights spent down at the school playground. Morgan got some great jumping shots. Kelsie and Banner!

This is my candytuft which looks really beautiful and full this year. You can see where the hydrangea is coming up. It of course never blooms, but I love the greenery. My usual idea is that you don't plant something if it doesn't bloom, but I love these giant leaves. They get bigger every year.
Here you can see all of the daffodils that did not bloom, but everything else looks good. I love the Jacob's Ladder. It looks like wild flowers. It can get out of control if you don't watch it. 
My lilac bushes bloomed for the first time since we bought this house. They were lovely and smelled just as good.
The Bleeding Hearts were huge this year. Maren loved to pick them all!
It took all of Maren's will power not to try to open Hannah's gifts for her.
Hannah was very excited about the fake fingernails that Morgan, Andrew, and Leah gave her. (Andrew said he picked them out special for Hannah).
Esme was full from Red Velvet Cake.

We thought Leslie had left the country we hadn't seen her in so long. The kids had lots of fun with her!We got this cute video so you can see Esme laughing and smiling. She has found her toes and loves to play with them. Hope you are having fun in Dorset, Mom and Dad!
I have been trying to walk two miles every evening. Esme and all of the kids love to come with. These pictures were just a few days ago when it was in the 50's in the evening. Now when we go walking she wears a onesie.
She always falls asleep on our outings.
Morgan played the funny quarter trick on Hannah. She had the best time rolling the quarter down her nose trying to hit the bulls eye.
Hannah thought the trick was dirty! Hee, hee!!

Esme loves to blow and make lots of bubbles with her drool.We were trying to get a video of Esme rolling over. Maren was on hand and was sick of waiting for her to do it, so she helped out.
On our way to Texas in 2006 we stopped by Mesa Verde. We had so much fun hiking, climbing, and looking at the Indian Ruins. 
I decided to get up early and get Maren all fixed up. We didn't really have a place to go, but she hardly matches these days. It lasted about as long as it took to take these pictures. She quickly redid her hair and changed her outfit. Atleast I got the pictures even though she had gotten a little water on her.
