The South!

Josh did the last blog and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix my text! Oh well! I wanted to get my pics of Alabama up. I really didn't take a lot. First off, Heyden and I were very crafty girls.
While there we attended Tuckers robotics comp. It was very cool! His team ended up 7th among about 15 and they are only middle school. Can't wait to hear how they do next year. Wishing there was a robotics club here in Utah for Jonas.
It was so nice to be down there with all of the kids and their parents of course. I need to start planning my next trip!

Pinewood Derby

Jonas received his Wolf Badge and pin that he had to pin to his mother--eeeeow!


Jonas took first place in the Pinewood Derby! He won his first two races. The two boys pictured with him also won their first two races. We weren't sure if he would be able to beat them because their cars looked really fast. But he did win! It was really quite exciting. I just had to point out that I thought that Jonas looks like Zac in this picture to me, wierd! That's a first.

Jonas' car is the dark green one with a blue section on top.

Below are the first two races that he won.

I love his innocent face. He didn't know his name would be announced as the winner.

This is where he races the other two boys that had not lost yet. The quality is bad but he barely won it by about a car-length.
