Maren decided that the Christmas presents didn't belong around and under the tree, but in a tall tower beside the tree.

It took a little while for Maren to warm up to the new scooter (a little less time than warming up to the jazzie).
Maren in her footy jammies. She originally didn't want to put them on. She kept saying baby's jammies.
We attempted our own little nativity scene by photo. Our little angel(Maren) rebelled and wouldn't be a part of it. She ripped off her costume and ran off. There ended up being tears and a whole lot of drama. Not quite what we planned. There are a few cute photos that we wanted to share.
The kids were grocery shopping at Harmons with Sara and one of the Harmon brothers (owners of the stores) gave these aprons to the Hannah and Jonas. They then came home and wanted to play store. Jonas would say "Thank you for shopping at Harmons. Please come again" It was very cute.
Andrew built this cool fort for the kids. You could crawl all the way through and slide down the outside. It's so nice to have a nephew who does these things with the kids!

I heard you wanted to dance!
We woke up Saturday morning to about four inches of snow and it snowed all day! Maren kept falling down and then she couldn't get up.
Kelsie was helping Maren to make a snow angel.
Jonas and Hannah played outside all day long. We made a small sled hill in our front yard which was great fun!
This was just before Halloween. We took the kids to a hay maze at a local nursery that Morgan found. The kids had a great time running through the maze.
One time we let Maren lead all of us through and we kept having to back up and turn around, which was a little difficult for me and Josh considering there was limited space.
Halloween night just before trick-or treating! Dad, Shelley, Morgan, and Leah accompanied them . I will just say that Maren was the last to come home with her candy bag dragging the ground!
Maren hated her costume the first time she put it on. Then she started hearing people say how cute she is and she decided she liked it!
Jonas was so sick on Halloween, he made it half way around the block and had to come home.
