Seeing the joy and blessings in our lives!

My last post was a bit medical so I wanted to put something up that is a little light hearted.

If you aren't a fan of facebook then you won't know that Hannah is getting her braces on next week and it isn't going to be as bad as we thought. Because she didn't grow one of her lateral teeth and the other is a peg, they are going to jump her teeth. This is so much better than implants. her canines will become her laterals and they will carve them down a bit! She will have to have the dreaded crank!

Hannah was also voted by her teachers as student of the month for February, so we got to go down to the school and have a nice breakfast of bagels and fruit! She received a plaque and her name will go on a plaque in the hall forever more! Her teacher said that she is a great student and that she helps others students in her spare time. It was a nice breakfast date for us!

Funny quotes form the kids:
We put together a puzzle the weekend of Arden's farewell and when we finished it, it was missing one piece. Maren did find it hidden away the next day.  Josh had the kids clean up the puzzle and Essie got all out of control and was throwing some pieces around. Josh got a bit aggravated with her and put her on the floor. Well, of course she went into a bit of a rage and said, Dad, you are ruining my life.  This from a five year old!
We were having dinner in the car the other night and Esme said, where did all my french fries go. Josh said, did you eat them all and she said,  Yeees!

Next thing you know, Essie will be a teenager and yelling at Josh, "You are a murderer of love!". We're happy to hear that Hannah is so exemplary and good news about the braces. I think they did that to AA as well, the tooth thing. How''re you and Josh doing?
